CDs of parish records normally ( but not exclusively ) have transcriptions of entries not the images themselves. |

A tree on Ancestry has his baptism as 24th March 1815; parents Samuel and Mary. Source is given as Parish Records. |

On that same directory entry it has "Charles Ferriman 'Old George' ( an inn?) and Farmer" |

Simon, ages in the 1841 census were rounded down to the nearest 5; so he could have been anything from 20 to 25. |

Hi Simon it's not that unusual to find a difference in ages, especially on the 1841 census as they were rounded down to the nearest 5 years, it's still a bit out but I can't see another Emanuel Ferriman. |
