EXPORTING GEDCOM FILE

The GEDCOM software stops working occasionally and then no one can export one. The status just stays on pending. Normally for a tree of a couple of thousand people it should be done within ten minutes. |

There have been other threads about this. I may be wrong, but I think it depends which browser you use. |

I am in the process of exporting a GEDCOM file so that I can add it to another genealogy web site but the message 'it is being processed' has been showing for at least seven hours. There are 1500 people on the tree. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to resolve this ? :-( |
