Thanks for letting me know there are so many more boards now. One on General Chat me on another . Yes sent email to support before I started this tread, sorry not on Facebook. I have saved my message in drafts will try later to day.

Just tried sending one........... took me to Credit Subscriptions again!

There are a few posts about this problem - there may be a fault in the system.

Send an email to support. Although they may be aware, it doesn't harm to remind them of the inconvenience its causing paying members

I was trying to reply to a new message sent to me, have no problem with general posts, PM ? does this relate to the genes private mail!

As a Standard member was trying to sent via contact centre!

Is anyone else having problems sending replies to other members? I Have sent a email to the Genes support desk. I as a Standard member should be able to reply. But I'm been asked to pay again!!
