Contact support asap. Unless you have an enormous tree or there is a big queue (unlikely), it should only take minutes.

Ever so often this happens. The gedcom software stops working and no one can import or export gedcoms.

Has anyone been able to import or export a GEDCOM since the end of January?

As far as I know both delete tree and import gedcom are not working .
I tried to do both early January with no success.
After contacting support and several email back and forth Im no further forward. GR technicians are looking into the matter.

Thank you Sue, that's what I thought.

It doesn't usually take them this long to fix it.

Not good for those who need to back up their GR Tree.

I called out an export 28Feb.
The email with it attached arrived about 1 hour later.

I also tried to import Gedcom mid Feb. without success. So I tried to delete tree with the intention of importing Gedcom afterwards. It did eventually delete tree, albeit in stages, but there is still a message saying my tree is being processed and showing it is still deleting. I have no idea what it is deleting as tree reduced to no entries, and this is three weeks later. I too have exchanged a number of messages with GR support but so far still without success.
