Has anyone had any success in finding a relative's adoption record from the USA ?
Pauline Brown (Hatch) born April 11th 1902 Bangor Maine USA, supposedly adopted by Lincoln and Lura Hatch. I can find no record of her birth and don't know how to go about finding adoption records. Any help received with many thanks.
