No, but you can start a free account.

Apparently you need to have a different email address to your current one. Although you won't be able to send messages (you can reply to ones you recieve) you could do that via your subscribed account. Ditto for searching for records. You could download anything relevant to your computer then upload to the free account Keepsafe.
