Try pressing f5 or Refresh after Save. That should show whether the information in your tree has been updated. |

I've found GR is better going through Google Chrome. Have just put some info on my FT with no problems. Hope that helps. |

It happens to me, mainly when I add a Father, I add all details, then Save, then press F5 as Kense suggests. |

Chrome and Firefox are Internet Browsers that you can use instead of Internet Explorer, which is probably what you have on your PC. |
