Long shot folks, don't suppose anyone has come across a William Wood in the paper with a photo. Don't live nearby to come and check. With it being a small village, I didn't know if anyone had come across it. I have all his details and know he is on the war memorial. He married, but can't find their one child Lucy wood, mother Lucy ann fox, married hunslet Leeds. his sister, my gran and all the siblings are no longer alive I'm afraid, :-D, know she married a Harrison and moved to Scarborough, have put a plea on the Scarborough paper
