Chris, this is not the same William McGregor. I found a William McGregor on the Long lost trail living at 2 Dunhope Cres Dundee in 1918. He was a private in the Royal Scots Fusiliers as was my William McGregor so I have been trying to find his service number on Ancestry to see if it's the same on as the one on Long Lost Trail. I know he was married and possibly had a son and a daughter (from his inquest report) but I don't know their names. |
