Sher, my sister did most of our enquiry into the Luscombes some years ago with most focus on our line through Phillip. I'll do some more on it in the next few months. The piece of this tree from Phillip is as below, with my grandmother the Gladdis M Luscombe who married Frank Squire in Timaru, NZ in 1915. I have a photo of their wedding and one of her and her sister Myrtle as well as a few from Woodleigh (Luscombe name plates, the church, etc) if you are interested.
Regards, Grant

Phillip Henry Bond Luscombe

Spouse: Mary Matilda Wilkes

Children: Arthur
Herbert John
Ernest Edward
Olive Mary
Gladdis M.

One can see pics of the general area by swanning around starting from:
http://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/SX7450

SX are the magic letters for 2,0 but a more precise location is:274500,050800, and one can search for 274500,050800 at:
http://www.streetmap.co.uk/
Go to zoom level 3 as levels 1 & 2 are just street maps.
NB The blue grid lines are 1km apart.
The coords measure the easting and the northing in metres from the zero datum point which is abt 135km WSW of Lands End. (The northing datum line is set so that the Scilly Isles have a positive northing, and the easting datum line is set so that Soay & St Kilda have a positive easting.)
