It works with the "start up" voucher system too.
I have an online acct with SP but I also buy credit vouchers on a regular basis.

Last time SP had an offer like this, I looked out all my vouchers and noted all their unique usernames and passwords.
I still have that nice long list and spend ages this morning adding my 20 free credits to each one.
