Can anyone help please. i'm looking for the following. All born in the Cheshire area, but only know a few more details about Olive: Olive Wright (b. 1921 - married name Towndrow) Lillian Wright Mary Wright May Wright Edith Wright Ronny Wright (unsure of birth date - emigrated to Australia, died young, know he had a number of children but only know one name - daughter Treena). Olive and Mary moved to Wymondham in Leicestershire. Olive and Ronny are the only ones that ever had children. I think that the father (my g. grandpa) was a policeman but don't know anything else about them. Olive married William Oswin Towndrow in 1947. I'd be grateful for anything that anyone can tell me.

Chris - I haven't seen her marriage certificate but I believe that her father was William Wright (b.1880?) and her mother was Mary A Robinson (1800?). I've guessed the birth dates to be honest and I've found nothing really on them.

Gins - that's amazing, I never knew that my Nan worked in a shop. Can I ask - are the dates after the names their births? I'm assuming so. And what are the numbers at the end?

Olive is living with her parents on the 1939 register

Yes they are her siblings. Ronald emigrated to Australia at some point and he's another one that's difficult to find but I'm really looking for her parents and back.

You need Mary Ann & William's marriage cert to find out their parents' names.
Ref numbers posted earlier by Gins.

I don't see a likely Mary Ann living in Nantwich in 1911.
Nor a birth at the right time in 1881, at least not in Cheshire.
Their parents' names would help to find them in the censuses.
