	Only two births for that name in Kent from 1850 to 1860: Births Dec 1856 (>99%) Holmes William Joseph Lewisham 1d 579 Births Jun 1859 (>99%) Holmes William Joseph Greenwich 1d 576 I would go with the the 2nd, as Charlton comes under Greenwich.
