Some one of that name was on the ER in Rochester to 2003.

FreeBMD is showing that they had one son.

NO - the only Kentish (Ashford as it happens) birth to Dowle has a mmn Gilbert rather than Parsons.

Phyllis's entry on the 1939 register hasn't been opened as she presumably died after 1991.

However, Gordon's is available because he was born over 100 years ago

It's possible that Gordon died at an early age - there are no other births in England or Wales which 'fit'.
