Greyghost, the info i have taken from the Tomb is Thomas Grimwood died Sept 1847 age 65 yrs ...his Wife Rosetta died May 1866 age 75yrs ..thier youngest Daughter the first name is odd Fides Rebecca age 18 died Aug 1800 i cannot make out the date on tomb... |

We visited Woodbridge a couple of weeks ago and took pics of the Memorial but i know nothing about these Coopers... the grimwoods are buried (Father, Mother, Daughter) in a large Tomb in the Churchyard, i will have to look through my photos to see date on tomb around the late 1800`s i think .... i also believe there is a plack in the church with thier names on ..... |

I wonder if some one can help me find infomation on the names of the Men mentioned on the War Memorial in Woodbridge Suffolk .... they are E J Cooper, J Cooper, G.J. Cooper.. also the Grimwoods buried in the Church there.... also does anyone know anything about Edward Cooper who was the Skipper of the Ship Winona that was lost at sea 24th Dec 1881 i believe there is a painting of the ship in the council Chambers in Woodbridge ....
