My Elizabeth Rowe came to South Australia on the City of Adelaide in 1873 & went directly to the copper mining town of Moonta with 6 of her siblings to join her son John Henry Rowe. I am excited that she has been accepted for the Dressing of the Graves at the 2017 Kernewek Lowender in May. Any descendants of her would be greatly appreciated if they could attend this acknowledgment of her. She had at least 22 children including 3 sets of twins who died at birth. Only 7 children survived. |
