BROAD George 15 June Administration of the effects of George Broad late of 20 St Leonards Square Kentish Town in the County of Middlesex Bachelor who died 28 February 1874 at St Pancras Workhouse, Marylebone in the said county was granted at the Pricipal Registry to Sarah Turner of 220 Liverpool Road, Islington in the said County, Widow the Aunt and only next of kin.

I don't see George Broad at 20 St Leonard's Square in 1871- although there is a veterinary Surgeon living there:
