Am looking for information about Louis Toff from either Glasgow or Edinburgh in Scotland. Louis married Rosa/Rosie Price daughter of Hannah/Annie and Susman Price. They had a daughter called Clarice. I cannot find birth, death or marriage records for any of them. Both sides of the family originally came from Russia. Can anyone help please?
