CANNOT LOAD MY 'FULL' FAMILY TREE????

I cannot load my 'full' family tree. Is anyone else experiencing this, and if so any suggestions.

I have tried clearing browsing data and cachets, but still no FULL tree.

It gets to the 'placing relatives' and stops there ??

Any advice please. I have notifed the Support Team who are trying to help, but as yet no luck.

I've just tried mine, and it seems to work. Do you have a large tree?

Mine loads OK, and I have almost 2000 people on it.

Researching:
Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.
