i was doing well until one branch of my family was going nowhere so gave up about six years ago, just started again and have realised there were two families in the same area with all similar names and similar dates so suspect this is were i went wrong. this marriage certificate would point me in the right direction. As a rule of thumb, details from marriages in the last 75-100 years tend not to be available. There are exceptions.
