Perhaps her parents' marriage, in view of mms Cotton on her birth record ::
FreeReg Marriage entry County Lincolnshire Place (link for place information) Spalding Church name St Mary and St Nicholas Register type Unspecified Marriage date 09 Jun 1836 Groom forename George Mills Groom surname ROBINSON Bride forename Elizabeth Cotton Bride surname CATLING
EDIT:
Yes, definitely her parents' marriage above. Her sister Sarah was born in Warwickshire, per 1851 census, and here's Sarah's baptism:
Sarah Ann Mills Robinson in the Warwickshire, England, Church of England Baptisms, 1813-1910 Name: Sarah Ann Mills Robinson Baptism Date: 20 Jan 1839 Baptism Place: Newbold on Avon, Warwickshire, England Parish: Newbold on Avon Father: George Mills Robinson Mother: Elizabeth Robinson

Researching the records often requires lateral thinking, Sue.
Thinking of ways in which someone might possibly have mis-heard, mis-spelled, or mistranscribed a name is something you take for granted after a while!
The use of wild cards is also valuable, and less is often more in a search
