The 1931 marriage to Edward Carter is not your Annie Carrott (1909).

That Annie doesn't come up when I search for her.
A Toyne / Carrott son was born in Spilsby in 1930.
He's in a tree on Ancestry, which gives his mother as an Annie born 1905, with completely different parents - Thomas Carrott & Annie Dawson..
