Just tried to get into tree and yet again not working as it should. Slightly different this time as I get a white sheet with a spinning daisy wheel with please wait underneath.
Spinning so long I gave up.

I had that last night and this morning it was ok. Did a bit of work on it and came back to after lunch and now I can't get into it again. Had the Loading please wait and then the loading and a white page and nothing else so I crossed it out.

Its so annoying as I have just started finding info again.

I had that problem, and they sorted it out for me.

Oh , sorry - thought you meant loading a GEDCOM file.

The advice stands - contact them - though as KJA says, probably nobody will read your message until tomorrow.

Researching:
Old genealogists never die.....they just lose their census.

I’m also having trouble. I have been in the tree earlier today but can’t now. I had trouble a few days ago and when I complained was told there was a problem. It was sorted by Genes within the day but unfortunately because it’s weekend I think it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Anyone besides me having, or had, trouble loading their tree. I keep getting message :- " Loading ,please wait".
Is there a solution?
