Its listed in The London Gazette part 2
"The Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt date 7th August 1811, awarded and issued forth against Jacob Ridley,,late of Lancaster, in the County of Lancaster, Merchant,Dealer and Chapman"

The term 'dealer and chapman' is often found in bankruptcy proceedings. Having such a label seems to have been important in being able to be declared bankrupt, rather than being an insolvent ...

A chapman (plural chapmen) was an itinerant dealer or hawker in early modern Britain.
