hi i have been told that my Great grandparents were in the local paper in 1972 for reaching their golden wedding anniversary. I have been given a copy of the photo that was taken to go in the paper but i was wondering how i would go about finding the article if there is one?

The local archives may have a copy of the newspaper. Worth contacting them :-)

Local reference libraries often have copies of local newspapers going back many years.
