Not sure Det, but looking at the newspapers around that time it could be Queens Hospital for children, Hackney Road, Bethnal Green.

No, you’re not looking at the wrong thing - have edited the OP - I hadn’t considered it was the name of the officiating clergyman & the undertakers! I’d got Balls Pond Rd but that was about it.

Any idea where Queens Hospital was? There are/were too many to be certain.

Do you mean where did he die?

On the original it just looks like Queens Hospital, the next line is presumably the name of the Reverend (Not sure who- Rev L Leon?), and then the name of the undertakers or funeral directors (A?ybrow House, Balls Pond Road).

Or am I looking at the wrong thing?!

When (edit Where) exactly did Sidney Josiah Deller die? Its registered in Bethnal Green. His father's is clear enough & his mother die in Bromley Kent reg.
