Is it possible to retrieve something I’ve deleted from my amily tree? Trying to amend an error I’ve deleted my grandfather and lost a huge part of his family tree! I’m gutted. |

I can see them all on a list of my whole family but they’ve disappeared from my tree. |

Not sure how that could have happened, as one can normally only delete one person at a time, and then only if he/she is not connected to more than one other person |

Thanks everyone. I have contacted Genes Support. ErikaH it was my own fault as it warned me there was ‘a child’ attached but then removed parents and grandparents before it. Hopefully Genes Support will sort me out. |
