Hi Guys
I’ve hit a bit of a brick wall . I’m trying to trace the birth of a Henrietta ( Hetty ) Codd in or around 1903 . Her parents were William Codd ( b1881 ) and Mary Codd ( nee Mahoney ) b 1879 . I’ve found her on the 1911 census aged 8 and her given birthplace was Aldershot . Her parents were married in 1900 in Farnborough but I can’t find them on the 1901 census . I’m wondering if her father was a soldier & that they may have gone to Ireland . I’m really hoping that one of you could find Hetty’s birth . Many thanks for reading & any tips would really help .
