i was looking for someone who died in 1958 age 58 to see how long they were in this North London asylum and was advised by the LMA who have the records that a specialist researcher would have to look at the records because although my relative had died they may be people on the register who were still alive so I think that would apply to someone who died in 1939.

Fortunately I have now found her in the same place on the 1939 Register so know she was there almost since they first took ladies into the asylum in 1936, I now need the 1921 Census to see where and what she was doing before then.
