	shimmer my kids got the day off school and im not at work cos of the snow my grandkids are off school as well its only a bit of snow

	Morning everybody. I was out at 5am clearing snow away, dug all the way from the back of the house, round to the front and down to the road, and then gritted it. Rushed back in and got my boy all changed and sorted for the day centre. He was all ready and waiting to go when they rang to say they weren’t coming for him because of the snow……aaarrrrrrrgh. Luckily my helper was still here so I was able to get him back out of his chair. Ok Shimms, bring your snow shovel.

	You'll need a bigger shovel than that Shimms, it's about a foot deep now, don't forget your wellies. I use to have to walk through a woods and across a stream to get to school. I remember the snow being so deep it went over the top of my wellies and fell inside them.

	you haveing a giggle shimmer i wont even let the kids in the back garden the snow all nice and untouch and iv took photos iv got some hanging pots and that look like big ice creams .

	im bk was fun took me 4x4, we a foot deep at yard horses playing! 2 of me cats having looneys one dives in it.pmsl fink i,ll go shopping now b4 it gets worse! even the snow ploughs out here!!

	Shimms I went out side and took some photo's of the snow it looks very pretty but I feel sorry for those trying to get to work or who had something planned for today and has had it cancelled. They shut down Heathrow at one point so I am told. The private road at the back of my flat is heeped with snow where the cars have been driving along and it looks so funny like small tunnels. 	GG bit of snow here and every thing stops thay all new we was in for it and nether even grittet the road thay what till it all fullen befor thay do and then it to late. out side the block nere me thay bring some gritt it been out side alday and cartaker still has not put eny down if it still there later im going to get the kids to nick some and put it up my parth lol

	im woundering if every one back to work tomorrow if thay are i carnt see the diffrent from today and tomorrow as the weather still going to be the same the snow will still be here but tomorrow it will be ice and not snow what a lot of fuss over a bit of snow lol

I really did start to question my sanity, working outside when some folk ring in to say 'I can't get into work'. Animals still need to be looked after whatever the weather.
