	Good i'am glad someones about ,tongue hanging out here i'll have full english please ,but none of that old black pudding two teas ,one is for my friend she'll be here in a mo , she works for enviromental health !

	Oh I do feel sorry for you Helen, tell you what, I've got a couple of those big shoulder pads from an old jacket, I'll send you those and you can put one under each strap so don't be late for work tomorrow. Good night hun, well done xx
