I can't get thermals under my leggings, but I do have some extra thick leggings so they will do!!

I need to buy a woolly hat ready for when I have Poppy at the end of the month, just in case we still have cold temperatures. I have a hood for my coat, but don't like it as it blocks side vision and can't sense anyone walking behind me, so I don't use it. I need some gloves as well as my leather ones are no good for dog walking.

It is bitter here, definitely a hat and scarf day

Its been bitingly cold today. It looks at though cold temperatures are in for a few days, with a couple of milder day next week, then back to cold again!!

Evening YG, the snow is settling here now :-(. We have no choice but to go out in it tomorrow unless the schools are closed

It has snowed here today, but has cleared from the roads and pavements. I could see the change in the sky and knew something was coming! The forecast for tomorrow is to stay at home :-( Hopefully I will be able to get to the local shops first thing in the morning if things are clear, or after work!!

They certainly do. I called them earlier and they said they should be in tomorrow and they would text me when they are there. I am getting fed up with having to use a magnifying glass as well as my specs for small print.
We don't mind driving in the dark as long as the snow and ice keeps away :-D

We don't drive in the dark if it can be avoided. Good luck with getting your glasses tomorrow, they need to get their act together to save themselves from a tongue lashing from you.

We are shopping tomorrow and hopefully collecting my new specs if they are in. I will be very narked if they haven't got them right this time. :-|.
I also have a committee meeting tomorrow evening and I don't want the mix of awful weather and a dark drive

I think and hope it is gone overnight because I have my shipping order of meds to pick up and a bit of shopping. :-D

as yet we have no snow we are surrounded by some ,I am quite happy that you have some in the south ,And then send it away when I am down there in the next fortnight

It has been snowing lightly all day and I have had to do 2 school runs in it. The roads are just wet so it has been no bother driving.

Hello all, we have a fair amount of snow today, well it is for us down south anyway so we are staying indoors because we can how are you all coping with it?

As well as hating the look, I gather it is quite painful when they inject right across each lip, so I wouldn't put myself through it! :-D :-D
