We need to get out for some more Xmas shopping when the eyes and ears aren't about ;-) :-D

We might go food shopping tomorrow but not to much of a problem if we don't just a top up and Christmas Day food.

We are not going anywhere today as we have freezing fog :-P. I have done a bit more online Xmas shopping and I am also getting through a huge washing pile.

Just got back from Christmas shopping and opticians appointments. Grabbing a quick cuppa before going to sort it out and wrap it.
We will be looking at rehoming centers as we do not want a very young kitten and would rather give an unwanted pet a secure home.

Where is everybody, we are sat at the dinner table watching the birds and squirrels feeding on the variety of food we put out for them.

One of my sisters got her 2 cats from a rescue place after a Christmas, they were pedigree too but obviously not wanted, the other sister adopted 2 non pedigree cats.

I'm off out with Poppy now while the kettle boils for the hot water bottle. Then I think we will both dive under the duvet. The lounge is starting to feel chilly now :-(

I bet he really just doesn't to have to walk dogs in all weathers, LG!! He can just turf the cat out of the door :-D :-D :-D :-D

OH does not like dogs very much but I love them. He claims not to like cats but he spoilt the ones we have had. :-D :-D.

C & her boyfriend have a cat, and they are picking up another kitten on Sunday when he is back from hols with his family. I think the cats are bengal tigers, but not totally sure.

Whether you prefer cats or dogs, I think a pet brings a lot of comfort and reduces stress levels (most of the time!!) :-)

Oh bless her she loves her fuss :-D. I miss that with our cat since he went walkabout :-(. We are thinking about getting another one when Christmas is over and it is quiet again.

I will have to make do with my heavy cuddly dressing gown :-) :-)

It is very difficult typing tonight as she is laid right across my lap and every time I stop stroking her she rolls on her back and stares me out!!

:-D :-D :-D did you think it was Poppy talking to you. Too cold to be outside in PJs take a leaf out of Poppy's book and wear a fur coat ;-)

I'm ok. I've got fur to keep me warm, except for when I have to take her in the garden before bedtime :-D :-D I forgot and put my pjs on, so I hope she doesn't hang around when we go out!!

I've just frightened myself to death, as the laptop started talking to me!! I have caught something that brought up voice control!! :-D :-D :-D
