I must have looked a sight, it is hot and sunny out the back so I put a lot of washing out to dry, I had on pink pjs green dressing gown and straw coloured sun hat.

Afternoon Maz, do you feel better after your rest. I have just been out the front and dead headed a few plants as it is quite cool and shady out there. The back garden is another matter so that will have to wait until it cools down later

I have just woken up ,but I have got a lot done including a service for next week and a funding bid for a new freezer
Froggie is studying today but heading over for tea later on

Afternoon,OH has just pulled all the furniture out in the lounge so it has had a good clean. Just lunch to do and then sit on our butts for the rest of the day :-D

Our phone line has been like that for a long time and they can't work out what the problem is.

We are ok with most of the other nearby neighbours and we have B I L and baby boy just down the road from here. We just ignore the undesirables so we don't have too many problems. The one next door we have nicknamed Vlad as he is a proper little dictator and a pain in the butt-D :-D

My neighbours wouldn't offer to help me either, LG :-( I struggle with the green garden waste bin when it is full, but once I can tilt it back onto its wheels I can man!

I don't think anyone would round here would know if I was laying dead in here until they got invaded with flies!!

Our neighbour wouldn't do that he is a miserable git :-D.Our bins sit next to the front path beside the road so we just let the bin men take them and put them back.

On a good note with cameras, next door but one have theirs on all the time and they saw me struggle putting the bins out so came out and did it for me, also put them by our back gate when they had been emptied.

We have the back door and the front door open so there is a lovely through draught. We will have to shut the front one soon and put the fan on as there are some undesirables about in the late evenings. That is why we have security cameras on both sides of the house that record everything that is going on. We did not realise how many scum bags live around here when we moved in but it is getting the same around our old place too so we are no worse off.

It's a shame that I won't be in the office where there is air conditioning!! Although I wouldn't fancy the drive home in a very hot car!!

I have the tower fan and another small desk fan that I brought from the office, so hoping to keep us both relatively cool with them.

There has been a crash down the road. Usual sort with 3 teenage lads in a car overtaking a car that was indicating to pull over to the right hand side of the road plus another car involved. Toddlers and a baby with one female drive that was hit. They always drive like they are on a race track down here, yet the speed camera signs are further up the road and the the van generally only attends through the day time. Evenings are the worst!!

It will be very hot in there as there is no air con as it is a very old listed church

LG I used to work in a place like that and when you went outside it was like a wall of heat that hit you.

Evening YG, it has not been too bad here today. Oh dear not good with Poppy,she will have to keep her legs crossed :-D

A bit cooler today, with lots of grey cloud earlier on, but not a drop of desperately needed rain!! Walking on the grass is like walking on crispbreads :-0

We will be on red alert for Monday and Tuesday, so not sure how I will cope with it. Poppy won't wee on the grass in the garden now and I will only be able to take her to the park early in the morning and in the evening, so looks like being a stressful couple of days :-( :-( It's going to be hotter than the family have in Cyprus at the moment!!

If it does hit us on Tuesday as predicted I don't think I will go to the Archive as we cannot open windows as they are sealed to keep the humidity correct. :-P
