	evening all can anyone tell me where the last week has gone , we have had 2 quite heavy showers today and it is a lot cooler today ,not looking forward to the predicted heat wave this weekend as I am at work Sunday through to Tuesday fun not !!! I might have to pinch a besom and get up where the air is better hopefully as Mary poppins used to say

	I found two of my great uncles records WW1, I also sent for and have my Mums ATS record WW2. I am quite chuffed with that.

	We found all war records for the WW1 men and also details of their lives and families. Different with WW2 as the war records are not available but we are lucky in having their descendants of some of them in the town.

	I am hoping to research the WW2 soldiers that we know of soon, I have made a start but have had to leave it of for a while to prepare for the Heritage Weekend exhibition in September.
