Well not all children do Jem...I had a close friend aged 13 (1965) when an incident happened in her life...she ended up in Denbigh Asylum and was never the same again :-( :-(

I don't think you really ever get over things like that. You just have to learn to live with it!

I have huge problems from my childhood. It makes me very cross when people trivialise what children go through by saying that "Children are resilient!" :-| :-|

Fly, She BADLY cheated on him (in the worst way) and with his friend!

It broke his heart. We have had to watch him suffering terribly.

The boy was in my front room comforting him!

You hit a nerve for me when you said her dad's death changed her personality...my daughter said she could see that happening to me when my lovely dad passed.

I have a daughter who has come good now, after years of problems, and 5 beautiful Grandchildren <3 <3 <3
