In reply to JemimaFawr question he plays for the Ospreys. Unless the All Blacks play a whole lot better than against Argentina then the winner is very difficult to predict.

RADIO JEM, sorry to hear of yet more injuries to the Wales team.

Ooooeerrr...... decisions, decisions, decisions for the England v Wales match..

I'll need to put my thinking cap on for this one!

I was born in England so I really should be shouting for ENGLAND....... BUT......
both my parents were born in South Wales and I have generations of paternal/maternal ancestors from the valleys. It's where my roots are!!

God Save Our Gracious Queen??....... ...OR..................Land of My Fathers??

NO contest...... NO competition,.......it just HAS to be LAND OF MY FATHERS.

I only have to hear this sung and I have goosebumps, tears and feel choked

Yes..... very definitely Land of My Fathers and so YES...... it HAS to be WALES

"Cymru am byth" (borrowed from radio Jem's earlier posting) WALES FOREVER!!!

Hi Patricia :-)

Welcome to "Radio Jem ;-)" :-D :-D :-D

We certainly need Welsh reinforcements here! as Radio Jem's team will be in a pickle......

Kandj is English but had Welsh parents!
Pat is English, living in Cyprus, with a bit of Welsh Blood.
We nicked Fly as our mascot- she is English but also with Welsh ancestors.

My mother was English, but there will be no conflict of interest for me...
.......IT'LL BE WALES<3 ALL THE WAY! :-D :-D :-D

I hope you will come and join us on Saturday, if you are able to Patricia :-)

PatinCyprus Report 21 Sep 2015 14:07

Where's Fly when they need her? Little Fly could be the mascot.

You'll have to ask for volunteers Jem at this rate. You get everyone in line and volunteers asked to step forward. (Looks around to see if anyone's looking and quietly says). You ask for volunteers from all of us and we step back so everyone else is volunteering. Simples - yes. ;-) Just don't let on. :-D <3

WALES NEWS HOT OF THE PRESS

JemimaFawr Report 21 Sep 2015 13:23

WALES INJURIES! :-(

Worry for the Wales Camp as yet more of their players are injured!

Having already lost key players Rhys Webb and Leigh Halfpenny during Wales' last Warm-Up game v Italy in Cardiff, Wales has been hit by yet more injuries.

During Wales' victory over Uruguay yesterday afternoon, the following players were injured

LIAM WILLIAMS

Liam Williams, who played his first match since having foot surgery, limped off the pitch having sustained a THIGH injury.

This is very worrying, as Liam has taken over FULL BACK position from Leigh Halfpenny.

COREY ALLEN

Corey, who scored a HAT TRICK of TRIES during yesterday's match, having taken over World Cup duties from the injured Jonathan Davies at 13, sustained a HAMSTRING injury!

He has now been ruled out of the 2015 Rugby World Cup! :-(

PROPS

Wales faces a potential problem in the Scrum with injuries to our Props!

Loose-Head Prop PAUL JAMES (1) and Tight-Head Prop SAMSON LEE (3)

Both of these front line players sustained CALF injuries.

Paul James' replacement AARON JARVIS then had a RIB injury!

AT THIS RATE WARREN WILL NEED TO DRAFT IN REINFORCEMENTS TO THE WALES SQUAD!

GOOD NEWS

Wales Favourite DAN LYDIATE (Flanker) who had to go off for a HIA (Head Injury Assessment) has passed the CONCUSSION PROTOCOL.

So Dan will be available for selection v England on Saturday!

Details of Wales' performance v Uruguay including the injuries...

I have just read your commentary Jem and it is better than the one on the internet.

One can never be sure what Sonny Bill Williams will get up to when he is out there, in fact we often wonder whether he will even be up for selection at times, he changes his mind so much regarding what he wants to do.

I think with Argentina out of the way, we should be okay with Namibia (unless they play like Japan) and Georgia, but you never know what could happen when the All Blacks play Tonga. At least there will be a couple of hakas going on to start with.
