The highlights of yesterday's game came on last night, and having read her post about the great friendship between the 2 Head Coaches, Heyneke Mayer and Steve Hansen, I noticed them hugging after the game!

Hubby is guessing that it will be a NZ v Australia rugby final, we shall wait and see??

How strange!

Yesterday, OH was doing some gardening when our next door neighbour, who is a Kiwi, popped his head over the fence to say that it was his daughter's twenty first and that they would be having a party in the evening.

He apologised in advance for any noise that may be caused.

We were expecting that the party would involve the family and plenty of young people and loud music

Well it started as expected with a BBQ and drinks, with noise levels rising but not to any annoying levels.

A bit of music etc. When I went to bed I was a bit apprehensive as the bedroom overlooks next doors patio.

Did I hear the sound of loud music? No! Did I hear the sound of drunken youngsters revelling through the night? No!

I did hear many cheers and exclamations only interrupted by periods of silence, before commencing again.

The b**gers only had the TV outside and were watching the bl**dy New Zealand Match :-D :-D

oh and it was our smarty pants, Ben Smith who got man of the match..

I will say this those two teams played a good game and they are evenly matched.

Persie and Susan keep getting congratulations.. we are only sideliners.. Susan sits with her back to the field.

NZ coach and Springbok coach are good friends, they usually have a meal together before and after the matches.

I figure that they are probably better off with me not watching, I am liable to start swearing at someone, and it is not necessarily the ref or the opposition.
