Yes, dog must be on a lead and muzzled at all times in a public place.... she was only a petite woman and he was pulling her, she would never have been able to control it even on a lead if it had decided to go after a human or another dog :-|

I can remember when they got the dog as a puppy in lockdown. The son was always bragging about it being an XL then. I think she knew I knew.....I watched her walk out and she looked back :-0

I was just walking into the Park when she was walking out. I know the dog he is called Hendrich....she said "it's alright he is friendly"...I said "is that an XL Bully"....she "No, it's a Staff, a large one".....I said "well it looks like an XL to me" :-0 :-0
