Thank you everyone for best wishes to DD who very scaredly/excitedly climbed onto the bus at 2am.I don't expect to hear from her until tonight - Tokyo is one hour behind Melbourne. Once off the plane they have two trains and a bus to get to their accommodation. OK I'm off to the gym, then I plan to spread straw mulch all over the veg garden Congrats to the footy team winners ! ~~~~ Hz

GOOD MORNING WATTLERS Beautiful morning here - have been for a lovely walk. Birds singing, scent of flowers in the air, a slight mist over the mountains. It's good to be alive. Breakfast awaits - then taking Katherine shopping. Go the Broncos! I didn't see the game - went to a play staged by our local Repertory Societyinstead - but Chris elected to stay home and watch the game so he was full of it when I got home! Well Pam, you got that right . . . Ray is a happy little vegemite tonight, my boys are going to have a great time next weekend as they head off to the Grand Final. Bonus for him that Sydney won the AFL game too. (Yeeaaahhh to Mary as well) I had a great day, went out, got TLR and took him to lunch, then called at the 'House of Shaz' for a cuppa and a lovely chat. The renos are underway, just a mess there now, and no work on the weekend, so guess I will have to go out for the day on Monday too! Ray has to work for a few hours in the morning and then we are off into town to hit Paddys Markets and the seafood markets. Char grilled, stuffed calamari on the menu for tomorrow night, with a dash of baby occi. Benjamin, our little baby blue smurf in Bathurst has not been well, poor little mite has to come down tomorrow for some tests, so he and his lovely little mummy and daddy will be staying with us tomorrow night. The other 5 have been farmed out . . . Strange how things go full circle sometimes isn't it !! Many years ago there was a family in Cobar who had difficulties, when the Dad got sick, my parents helped them out a lot, now our little Super Mummy Krissy in Bathurst is being helped by one of their sons - they met by accident and didn't know the connection for ages after they met. Heather, hope DD has a wonderful time in Japan, and that her parents enjoy their escape. Sue, tell Tamika I hope she never gets another one of those dreaded headaches, poor love must have felt awful, especially being away from Mum. Be thinking of you when dental day comes around. Trifley, David and Lynne sound lovely people, your lucky to have them so close that they can drop in on you so often - you doing all this h/wk, your sounding awfully domesticted !! Mary creeps in and has to confess she forgot the red and white were playing as the OH watches league and he wanted to watch the bulldogs and Broncos.. Can I ask on bended knees ..WHO WON.. ???????? I hope Sydney thrashed them...whoever it was... At least the Brisbane Broncos won so I was able to cheer for them.. Now dont all you Banna Benders think I am going soft barracking for Qlnd.. its just that I dont like the bolldogs.. In the finals I will boo them...LOL Lara Nice to see you flitting in and out..did you have a nap inbetween...How nice to find a real live relly.bet the jaw got a workout... Hi Trifley Yes all my teeth are coming out, Well what I have left of my own that is, I had my top teeth removed about 14 years ago and wanted my bottom taken at the same time but they didnt think they was bad enough, and only needed a bit of dental work done, well b\me being be I dont like the dentist so never went back unless I was really bad, now they decided that thae bottom ones can come out. So yes it will be a while with soft foods, a small price to pay :-)))) Cheers Sue

No Martoonie...just a couple of West Coasts. Had a busy day....bits of h****k and lots of washing. I'm trying to get things done so I have next week pretty clear. got the mini meet with Lyn on Tuesday and K day is Wednesday. TX

Hello my Waffling friends. Sorry I had to run off before....David and Lynne arrived for coffee. I really enjoy their visits, they are such wonderful people. Donna.....have a great holiday...try to find an internet cafe. You can't go a week without talking to us. Crew..wotcha having for dinner? Anything yummy? Anna...how's the sleep-over going? Hi Fluffy Yes that is what the Dr was tending to leant towards with Tamika. lol about countdown to dental day. I could think of better things, but all jokes aside I prefer to do it this way than to sit in a dental chair and be awake to get one or two teeth pulled at a time, will also stop the abcess' from reoccuring.
