I nearly said Superman's dad cause I couldn't remember his name. You go Marion I can't think of one offhand at the moment.

John

John Report 23 Jan 2005 01:16

Marion got the name but the prize goes to Aileen for getting both the star and the film correct. Well done a chocy for Marion and two for Aileen.

Marion that was quick off the mark (pun) - Marlon Brando was originally sought for the role of Mark Anthony but was attached to another film - but wait what was that film!

John

John Report 23 Jan 2005 01:14

Aileen - I had seen Nuns on the run but was certain of the title so yes Jeeves confirmed it for me.

Hey John, has Jeeves got a night off then?

John

John Report 23 Jan 2005 01:13

Its 2.09 pm and yesterday we looked at Cleopatra - considered to play her was Susan Hayward, Joan Collins, Audrey Hepburn before Elizabeth Taylor got the nod. Peter Finch gave way to Rex Harrison and Stephen Boyd to Richard Burton. Now this is the next phase in my question on this film - producers had another actor in mind for Marc Antony but he was tied up with a 1962 rebellious crew. Who was he and what was the film

Bev

Bev Report 23 Jan 2005 01:12
