Sarah I had a look at www(.)Stokenchurch(.)org(.)uk (leaving out the brackets) last night and it was still there although in need of an update. Andrew's been very busy with his business, though, and working on his new house, Len

Honorary member then ! And you're right, it is lovely. If a little non descript in places. I shant say too much though, as a lot of people don't think of Milton keynes as Bucks... I only got back 4 generations in Bucks.. before that my family were in Beds (frequently judging by the vast amount of kids they had lol)

Hello Paul, I'm a bit of a cheat really. I'm not from Bucks, personally. I live in Surrey. However, after finding my Great Grandfather on the 1901 census, I discovered my ancestors were from your lovely County. Regards Sarah.

Good afternoon everyone! It snowed here this morning, and now the sun is shining. Just got back from picking up my son and his friend (my friend's one of four) from a party. See you all later. Sarah.

good morning everyone. yes len, I met andrew at the reunion, it was a good evening. incidentally I was going through some of my parents things last night and found some old postcards of the Kings Arms - which is where my dad lived when he first came to Stokie. My sister went to school with Lucy and they were the best of friends for quite some time. Elaine

Hi all Until I retired from work I only slept in Stoken. Left home at 6.30am and got back about 8pm on a normal day, often much later. All I wanted to do week-ends was relax, if I didn't have to bring work home. So I never really got to know anyone except my immediate neighbours (who know me as Jim - another story). Yes, I am sure you know my son Andrew, Elaine. He is responsible for the village website. Did you meet up with him at the Tipping re-union ? Len
