Just a quick update I managed to get appointment to c doctor but its not my normal doctor so its gonna b difficult to talk to someone strange

I managed to get threw the night with no sleep wats so ever

I've got someone cumin this morning but on a try n get in to c the doctor

Am going offline for a couple of hours but will cum back on ere to let u no wats goin on

Tinkers, anytime you would like to talk I am happy to listen to you......just get in touch. I have suffered from clinical depression for more than fourteen years so know what it's like. As both AnnC and MaxiMary has said, whatever you do, please take your medication. I hope that you can get an emergency appointment with your GP tomorrow, also it may be an idea to get in touch with the Samaritans as they are there through the night. My son's girlfriend works for them in the London area.

I am more than willing to listen - have a long-term diagnosis of clinical depression as well Tinkers, began at age 7 and I just turned 70. Do not take yourself off the tablets cold turkey, it can have a profound effect within 48 hours. Anyway if you want to talk, I am awake when many others are asleep as I am over the pond in canada.
