hope you feel better soon cladddag xx

TH, i agree with you about wrong people getting benefits, i over heard a womaqn in the waiting room the other week, she didnt seem to care that we were all listning, she is on her own (so she says) has 5 kids, and expecting a six, her words were every time her youngest reaches the age where she is asked to go back to work, she will njust have another baby, i know of her and she discusts me, she pointed out for each child her money goes up by 60.00 per week.

i really do sympathise with woman who are on there own with kids for no fault of there own, these are the people the goverment should be helping..

TH if you keep having problems, volunteer for a medical, i asked for one last year and it went in my favour, plus a letter from your gp
up until early last year id had a good couple of years but became really poorly fro feb time, however i still manage some charity work xx

Oh Hazel, you must be feeling desperate. want to scream at times. Hope you are able to get things sorted soon, convince those people how bad things really are for you. Pain can get you down after a while, especially when no-one understands you, or even wants to.
Thank you for thinking of me today. I was suprised and touched that Jenny had put up a thread for me, didn't even know she knew it would have been my aunt's 90th birthday today. Have thanked her and Liz for their kind words.

Mary i was going to reply last night but was so tired. I'm sure you will miss the busy house if/when C and the kids move out. But it will more relazing for you. You'll be able to spend time on the computer or in the garden without worrying about the kids. Hope they move just near enough th visit!!
We finished our job early today, so came home in the light. I'm going to have a nice hot bath and get into something comfortable xx

Hi Carole, yes Colleen is def looking at moving, she NEEDS to be alone with her kids and the girls need to be closer to school and dance. I am dewsperately tired, as much as I love them all, 8 years is a long time with the stress of autism and I am not getting any younger. So for me, I hope it will be a relief of sorts. How she will manage is beyond me, but C feels this is something she must do. She is looking at taking in a foster child with autism, with whom she is familiar, whose mother has MS and can no longer cope physically with her. This will help her financially/ I already have someone wanting to rent the flat C has been in so I should be OK./
have to ice a cake, why do I agree to do these things. Sending love especially to Liz, I treasure your friendship dear Liz.
hugs

Hello everyone. Thank you Kathy for thinking of Liz. People don't have much sympathy for conditions like OCD. It must be a dreadful time Liz is going through. For some deep reason the stuff saved by Liz gives her a lot of comfort. To just have to go and throw it away isn't going to be easy. May she find the strength to get this period in time over.

I have to go to my DR's today to review my meds. I don't feel I need them at the moment but don't want to risk coming off them cos I don't think I could cope with deep depression again slipping up on me, and being trapped with those awful feelings.

Mary has C said anymore about going it alone?

Could you all give Liz ( purple ) some nice words .

Nothing big to worry about ( like she is not going to harm herself ! )but she is having a bad time just now with pressure to empty the garage rented from the council and with her ocd this is hard for her .

She will probably hate me for posting this but she has a lot of friends on here and I ask you to pm her to cheer her up .

thanks

Kathy

Happy birthday to Mini Mary today.

Would C be able to cope with the children on her own? It would certainly make life a little easier for you. Poor Megan, I do hope that a solution can be found for her soon.

maxiMary Report 11 Feb 2012 14:25

We have had an amazing winter all told, a couple of snow falls which have not stayed, an almost green/brown winter! Then yesterday it became bitterly cold , a "cold snap" blowing through, snowing very gently since last night but not much accumulation. YET!
I am worried sick about Megan, thought she was improving but she is just becoming more withdrawn, staying in her room for hours at a time, barely says a word and excessively repetitive. I am considering taking her right off the medication, she is so tiny now perhaps even a low dose is too much for her. Also considering the use of 5HTP rather than the A/D. Our doctor is pleasant enough with her but i really think he is grasping at straws.

C is considering a move with the kids, leaving me and Meg here. I think she was shocked that I was encouraging of the idea LOL.

Hope everyone is well, at least holding your own. Liz, how goes the garage?

Steve has been back at work but on lighter duties. This snow will hinder his recovery!
How are you all coping with it?
