I can't have mine long Shimms it is so thick. Gives me a headache if it gets too thick and longer. I have very straight hair too so I have to have it permed now. Have one about every three months and then a trim in between usually. I am a Hairdressers Nightmare. Because it is so strong and thick they have problems with the Perm rollers it bounces back out lol. But I have a great Hairdresser now and she has got used to it. Until I moved here 4 years ago I had the same hairdresser for 20 years and she used to swear at my hair lol. It did as it was told if she did that lol |

Shimms I have had a Thyroid problem that I know of for 6 years and the perms have never bothered it. Perms now a days are not as bad as they used to be. At one time I used to literally not be able to breathe after I had one but they are OK now |

They seem to be making a comeback Daphne ... yours is one of the current trends. Tis how I used to wear mine although mainly I wear it straight nowadays ... used to adore wearing it like that, have a photo of me with it too. :) |
