Yes was a bit too easy, yes just eaten cheese on toast,--- just as well keyboard is wireless I can turn it upside down and shake out any crumbs..lol

I was going to put it up without the first part------ i t H B
because it's correct and understandable with or without that,
i t H B----- is quite a common phrase used in abbreviation questions.
