Ok.............

I know what this is, it's the first bloke to the North Pole , but I can't remember his name - I keep thinking Roald Dahl.......OMG, I really should know this, Norwegian name...........

Roald Admundsen (?) Reached the North Pole on 14 December 1911

Edit: Hi Mandy - I'm being truly dippy here...............
Edit: Just Googled the spelling and of course, I got it wrong (hangs head in shame) It is of course Amundsen. A thousand apologies to the good people of Norway..............

President is wrong then?
Don't read a lot of books or watch a lot of tel, that's why I'm on the PC a lot.

Dormouse

Dormouse Report 30 Jan 2009 22:31

You'll know this, though, certainly the author if not the actual title of the book.

Not President, what happens to books?

Could the last P be published..?
If it is anything to do with authors and book titles I'm afraid I have to give up now.
