It's usually trying to sell you an anti virus program but the site you are trying to visit may be known to be contaminated

I googled it to see if was available for anyone to see , before I put it up , but I didn't get that warning and went into wiki.

Actually, I can't get Google - it does what Jackie's is doing, it says:

Most people of course, try and add up all the cats, wives etc, and overlook the actual start of the poem (As I was going to St Ives) which gives the correct answer of one person was going to St Ives!

I just went in to Google again under 2 different headings
1) as I was going to St Ives etc
2) Archie ??
And ALL the entries were showing, under the heading
Warning.... This site may harm your computer !

OH is a computer tech he says download another free browser the one you are using is contaminated

We had a maths teacher who used to give us a quiz at the end of term. We were always being tripped up by obvious questions.
There was one that went something like: an express train carrying 500 passengers and travelling at an average speed of 60mph, leaves London at 2.30pm, heading for Manchester. A goods train, carrying x amount of weight, and travelling at 35mph, leaves Manchester at 1pm, heading for London.
Which train is nearest to London when they meet?
Of course, we'd go into a frenzy of calculations and would throw guess after guess at him until the penny dropped and someone finally said: Hang on, they'd be in the same place, when they met!!

Edit: Have checked my anti-virus and spyware etc and it's all happy. Ancestry was down earlier, now Google's playing up, where will it all end...?

You can still use the original one later when they sort themselves out .The problem is at their end not with your computer.
