I've put some of the letters in lower case which may help...
Afraid I have to sign off now. Don't want to oversleep and miss Rafa and Roger's final tennis tomorrow (starts early-ish here - well for me anyway!). Night all.
P.S. think "gee-gees"

HI Daphne
Just came back on computer. Was on earlier but then had a bit of a break. It's very hot here today so trying to keep cool and not exert too much energy lol

Hows the weather there today?

Daphne

Daphne Report 1 Feb 2009 06:40

Hi Jackie
Bit better today 29 not too bad at all.
I hop in and out between whatever I am doing , having a laptop and wireless connection makes it easy.Often have 2 screens going 1 work 1 play.

WhackyJackieInOz

WhackyJackieInOz Report 1 Feb 2009 06:54

Thats great Daphne.
Having two screens on the go sounds good. I am the only one that uses our really. Hubby may go on occasionally if I am out but very rarely.
He is a huge book reader so that keeps him occupied. He had just about read all of Bryce Courtneys Books lately I think he has 2 to go lol.
He reckons they are the best books he has ever read. He can get through 6 books a month. Some we buy others he gets from Library.

So happy the weather has cooled down for you
How are the fires and the eletricity problems now?.
Must be awful not having fridges and aircons working. Keith (OH) read it out of the Sunday times to me this Morniing

Some fires still burning, saddest part is a lot deliberately lit.Having lost a house to fire in another state I know first hand how it fells to be left without even a change of undies you just felt so relieved to have the family safe.
Luckily we haven't power out although where my eldest lives is always the first to be cut off every time.
Tell hubby I love Bryce Courtney, was working in a bookshop when The Power Of One came out got a free copy and movie tickets from the rep.Film was dissapointing but the book is one of my all time favourites along with Gary Jennings Aztec.I read a lot Clive Cussler,Matthew Reilly used to love Wilbur Smith but his work went down when his first wife died I think there was more of her work in his books than he let on.
