Times like this I wish I could draw like my mother.

A little dormouse in a four poster bed with a patchwork quilt,snow falling outside the window, a teapot with a knitted cosy on a tray beside her.

Mandy, pick up a pencil, sketch ..., you too Daphne ... I always said to the children if you can hold a pencil, you can draw. Touch the picture or object, get the feel then recreate with the pencil ....

I do watercolours, all sorts of art ... didn't discover until my late 20's that I could ... have taught it too.

Oh Daphne, you should write a book, I luv the image of Dormouse that you created. :)

Oh i have tried but they look like childrens pictures when i've finished ,have tried to draw flowers and buildings but they look awful
